This memo serves to announce to our partners and not forgetting our supporters that KineByte's® interests have diversified to media as well, with KineByte® Technologies acquiring 50% ownership of the Yung Nation Magazine. So from now on both KineByte and the Yung Nation brand will be in partnership for the release of the coming editions of The Yung Nation Magazine.

We are excited for this new journey and we are motivated to continue the great work that Yung Nation® was already doing. We are more than ready for the challenges ahead and we will keep working to deliver quality content. The next edition is already being worked on and is expected to be released soon which will be our first edition together.
